Katie Blum has navigated vertically from board and leadership team to operational execution and back, while also moving horizontally across organizational functions from front of house to back. She has spent 30 years transforming teams, implementing and building technologies, launching internal and client-facing programs and events, and leading workshops designed to drive change. Her work spans small nonprofits, complex highly-matrixed institutions, and startup ecosystems.
The name stems from a centuries-old philosophy: that equipping humans with tools and optimism can solve infinite problems. This rings true in the philanthropic origins of that philosophy and in the impetus for innovation that have influenced and framed Katie's life and work.
